SSL or TLS Encryption
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as the site operator. If, after the conclusion of a fee-based contract, there is an obligation to provide us with your payment details (e.g., account number for direct debit authorization), this data is required for payment processing.

Payment transactions using common means of payment (Visa/MasterCard, direct debit) are only made via encrypted SSL or TLS connections. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

Cookies
Our websites use so-called "cookies." Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies help make our website more user-friendly, efficient, and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies." They are automatically deleted after your visit. Other cookies remain in your device's memory until you delete them. These cookies make it possible to recognize your browser when you next visit the site.

You can configure your browser to inform you about the use of cookies so that you can decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept or reject a cookie. Alternatively, your browser can be configured to automatically accept cookies under certain conditions or to always reject them, or to automatically delete cookies when closing your browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.

Cookies that are required for the performance of the electronic communications transaction or for the provision of certain functions you want to use (e.g., the shopping cart function) are stored based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies to ensure the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. If other cookies (e.g., cookies for analyzing your browsing behavior) are stored, they will be treated separately in this privacy policy.

Server Log Files
The website provider automatically collects and stores information that your browser automatically transmits to us in "server log files." These are:

Browser type and browser version
Operating system used
Referrer URL
Host name of the accessing computer
Time of the server request
IP address
These data will not be combined with data from other sources.

The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or for measures preliminary to a contract.

Contact Form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your data from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.

The processing of these data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, if your request is related to the execution of a contract or if it is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) and/or on our legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR), as we have a legitimate interest in the effective processing of inquiries addressed to us.

The data you enter into the contact form will remain with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g., after fulfilling your request). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular, retention periods – remain unaffected.

Requests by email, telephone or fax
If you contact us by email, phone, or fax, your request, including all resulting personal data (name, request), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We do not disclose this data without your consent.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, insofar as your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) if this has been requested.

The data you send us via contact requests will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent for storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after completing the processing of your request). Mandatory statutory provisions – especially statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.

5. Analysis tools and Advertising

Google Analytics
This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies." These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

The storage of Google Analytics cookies and the use of this analysis tool are based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize both its web offering and its advertising. If corresponding consent has been requested (e.g., consent to the storage of cookies), the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR; consent can be revoked at any time.

IP Anonymisation
We have activated the IP anonymisation function on this website. As a result, your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services related to website and internet use to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

Browser plugin
You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case, you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en

Objection to data collection
You can prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by clicking on the Deny button in the cookie pop-up. An opt-out cookie is set to prevent your data from being collected on future visits to this website.

For more information on how Google Analytics handles user data, please refer to Google's privacy policy: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en.

Data Processing
We have concluded a contract with Google for data processing and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.

Demographic Characteristics in Google Analytics
This website uses the "demographic features" function of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be created that contain statements about the age, gender, and interests of the site visitors. This data comes from interest-based advertising by Google as well as visitor data from third-party providers. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person. You can deactivate this function at any time via the ad settings in your Google account or generally prohibit the collection of your data by Google Analytics as described in the section "Objection to Data Collection."

Storage Period
Data stored by Google at the user and event level, linked to cookies, user IDs (e.g., user ID), or advertising IDs (e.g., DoubleClick cookies, Android advertising ID), will be anonymized or deleted after 14 months. You can find more details here: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/7667196?hl=en.

6. Pugins and Tools

Google Web Fonts
This site uses so-called web fonts for the uniform display of fonts, which are provided by Google. The Google Fonts are installed locally. A connection to Google servers does not take place.
Further information about Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.

7. Our Services

Handling of Applicant Data
We offer you the opportunity to apply to us (e.g., by email, postal mail, or via an online application form). In the following, we inform you about the scope, purpose, and use of your personal data collected during the application process. We assure you that the collection, processing, and use of your data will be in accordance with applicable data protection laws and all other legal requirements and that your data will be treated strictly confidential.

Scope and Purpose of Data Collection
If you submit an application to us, we process the personal data associated with it (e.g., contact and communication data, application documents, notes from job interviews, etc.) to the extent necessary for making a decision about the establishment of an employment relationship. The legal basis for this is § 26 BDSG-new according to German law (initiation of an employment relationship), Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (general initiation of a contract), and – if you have given your consent – Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. The consent can be revoked at any time. Your personal data will only be disclosed within our company to individuals involved in the processing of your application.

If the application is successful, the data you submitted will be stored in our data processing systems for the purpose of implementing the employment relationship based on § 26 BDSG-new and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

Data Retention Period
We reserve the right to retain the data you have submitted on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) for up to 6 months after the end of the application process (rejection or withdrawal of the application). Afterward, the data will be deleted, and physical application documents will be destroyed. The retention serves in particular for evidence purposes in the event of legal disputes. If it is apparent that the data will be needed after the 6-month period (e.g., due to an impending or pending legal dispute), deletion will only take place when the purpose for further storage no longer applies.

A longer retention period may also occur if you have given your consent accordingly (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) or if legal retention obligations oppose deletion.
